This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Solanki Tours and Travels ("Solanki Tours", "we", "us") collects through this website and when you book a tour with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the message or enquiry you write.
- Tour enquiries and bookings: travel date, number of travellers, the package you are interested in, city and country, and any preferences you share (such as hotel category, budget, travel type, interests or special requirements).
- When you book: the details our suppliers need to deliver your tour, such as the names, ages and ID or passport details of travellers. These are needed for hotel check-in, tickets, permits, yatra registration or visas.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Information collected automatically
- This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.
- The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its date-picker script from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiries and send you quotes.
- To make and manage your booking with hotels, transporters and other suppliers.
- To contact you about your trip, including changes, reminders and support during travel.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We will only send you offers or newsletters if you ask us to, and you can stop them at any time.
3. Who We Share It With
- Web3Forms: the service that delivers the website's forms to our email inbox.
- Google: our email is hosted on Gmail, so the messages you send us are stored there.
- Travel suppliers: hotels, vehicle and bus operators, railways, airlines, helicopter and cruise operators, and local guides. They receive only the details they need for your booking.
- Government authorities: when needed for permits, yatra registration or visas, or when required by law.
Some of these services, and suppliers for international tours, may process your information outside India.
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. We keep booking records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete them or store them securely until they can be deleted.
5. Keeping Your Information Safe
The website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and only our team has access to the enquiries and booking details we receive. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents, such as passport scans, through the website forms. Share them with us by email or WhatsApp only when we ask for them for a booking.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it for an ongoing booking or by law;
- withdraw your consent to be contacted.

7. Children
Bookings must be made by an adult. Details of children travelling in a group should be provided by their parent or guardian.

This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
